InvoiceRemit ("the App") is designed to help contractors and freelancers manage quotes, invoices, and payments. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
InvoiceRemit stores all your business data (invoices, quotes, payments, client information) locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your business data on any external server.
When you send an invoice or quote via email, the App uses your device's built-in email client (e.g., Apple Mail). The email content is sent directly from your email account — InvoiceRemit does not process or store these emails.
If you submit feedback through our support website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, message). This data is stored securely using Google Firebase and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and improve the app. Your feedback is not shared with any third parties.
Since all data is stored on your device, it is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and backing up regularly.
